Service staff is very rresponsive We have several issues, none related to the service area. However these issues required action by the service department. Started great but. My boyfriend and I drove down from Albany because of the great deals and service we heard was provided at Ramsey. we ended up coming home with a 2015 My boyfriend and I drove down from Albany because of the great deals and service we heard was provided at Ramsey. we ended up coming home with a 2015 x5. Tim was absolutely fabulous and told us he would take care of everything for us. unfortunately, he became ill and was out of work for several days. I attempted to contact Richard, his supervisor, as I still had not received my plates. I never received a phone call back after leaving two messages on his voicemail. I called about three times and spoke with reps at the Sales desk and was given a variety of excuses as to why Richard had not called me back. One girl actually reported my plates had been there for over a week and was never mailed out. Another said my plates had just come in. Needless to say, I was driving with expired plates for about 5 days. Finally, I was told on Thursday, they would be overnighted to me. I asked for tracking information and sure enough, it was going to arrive on Friday. And then it changed as they were not given to fedex and therefore my plates didn’t come in until Monday. I was very disappointed that when a co worker is ill, other colleagues could not assist their costumers. Tim was absolutely fabulous to us and deserved assistance while he was out sick. I would still return back to Ramsey and work with Tim only, however, I will be very following up on every matter so this does not happen again. More

Great job Lori I was interested in customizing a very hard to get allocation on a new car. No other dealer in the entire area was able to help but Lori figured it o I was interested in customizing a very hard to get allocation on a new car. No other dealer in the entire area was able to help but Lori figured it out in a day, we customized the allocation the next day, and the car was received in 6 weeks. Lori was terrific throughout the entire process and was a real difference maker when no one else could help. Highly recommended! More
