I was hesitant to try BMW of Ramsey since every other service center experience seemed to be habitual. It was a breath of fresh air to work with Brian Halpin. He was not only the most professional service advisor I have dealt with but the most honest. He truly cared about the customer and not his sale goals. He is the type of talent BMW needs and BMW should do anything to retain that type of talent. Customers stay when they trust the person they are working with and Brian is the most trustworthy advisor I’ve dealt in many years. Retain him at all COSTS or you will see customers trickle away.
