I had spoken with him a couple times by phone before coming to the dealership so I anticipated having a pleasurable experience. However I was not prepared for the "Ultimate Buying Experience" he delivered. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and proficient. I felt as though I was his only customer which is rare nowadays. We spoke and interacted as if we were longtime friends. 5 stars aren't enough, I would give him more if it was possible. More
Disappointed After purchasing a set of tires the end of June, a problem arose with the car where the vehicle would jerk and enter a safety mode. It was brought bac After purchasing a set of tires the end of June, a problem arose with the car where the vehicle would jerk and enter a safety mode. It was brought back 2-3 times to the service department and we were told to pull over and turn the car off the next time it happened and it would be registered so when the diagnostics were run, the problem would be identifiable. The car had a severe problem one night and I could not go over 30 miles an hour no matter how hard I pressed on the gas pedal. We brought the car in and it was there for 5 days, only to be told that nothing was found to be wrong. I came back 3 times when the car was doing a jerking movement. The last two times, Chris drove with me. He was very good and explained what he thought the problem might be. The last time it happened on Friday, 9/14, I left the car at service after Chris experienced the issue and it was advised that the car would be inspected. Unfortunately, we were not provided an update, until my husband called YOU on Tuesday! As we followed the recommendation, the problem ahould have been identified when the diagnostic was run in July. It shouldn't have taken 3+ visits to identify the issue and only because we were persistent. I'd like to make it clear, our issue is not the fact that we had to pay for the repair but how we were treated by certain service staff with the exception of Chris. As long time service customers , we never expected to be treated this way with a lack of professionalism. Lastly, when it was mentioned that we wanted to contact corporate to express our frustration, we were advised we should not be reaching out. This was a most disappointing experience. More

Help Made East Though this issue with my vehicle couldn't be replicated while the service department had my vehicle, the attentiveness of trying to help me replicat Though this issue with my vehicle couldn't be replicated while the service department had my vehicle, the attentiveness of trying to help me replicate my problem was heartfelt. My service technician Chris was extremely patient with me and even when he was off work, he still went in a test drive with me to help figure out what the issue is that i'm having with my 4 series. I can't thank him and the rest of the crew enough. Hopefully soon we can figure out the problem I have and solve it. More

I'm sincerely thankful to my salesman, Frank Salzano, and my business manager, Eric Thomas, for listening to my specifics, and helping me settle on a deal that worked for us. In addition, they were very kind to coordinate my crazy schedule running to hospitals, to meet with them with very well coordinated timeslots and deliveries. They also made some special considerations for helping me work through the penalties for my mileage overages on my lease vehicle that was returned.
