Over that time frame, I met with sales people from other dealers, but none like Frank. He was thoughtful and patient. But best of all, he didn’t play games with the price. He put his best foot forward and I took the vehicle. Very good experience with him, I give him an enthusiastic and unconditional recommendation. The experience with BMW genius was also very pleasant, feel free to ask for Dwayne. I normally do not enjoy dealing with car sales people, but this was a good experience. I would buy from Frank again. More

Poor communication I did not have a good service experience this week. I got a yellow check engine light and called immediately to arrange to bring the car in. It starte I did not have a good service experience this week. I got a yellow check engine light and called immediately to arrange to bring the car in. It started with scheduling the appt.On the positive side, I was given an appt for early the next morning (Tuesday 10/30), however I was not asked if I planned to wait or would need a loaner or ride. When I arrived, my representative John told me to wait upstairs. After one full hour, I responded to the text I received to check on status. I got no text reply, but about 20 minutes later John came to upstairs and rattled off quickly something about fuel injector and left without explaining what the next step is. I waited for another hour, then went downstairs to inquire. I paced in front of John's desk for approximately 30 minutes while he was helping another customer, then he picked up the phone, asked how much longer for the X1 (my car, I assume), and said to me "ready in 10 minutes." Indeed, it was about 10 minutes when it came out. I was there from 8:15 am (8:20 appt), until 11 am, and still have no idea what was done to my car. I was told I would get an email with the receipt but am still waiting for it. My expectation was that the computer would be checked and I would be informed within 20-30 minutes what the suspected problem was and what should be done to fix it, as well as how long it would take. I was not prepared to be there for nearly 3 hours and had a ride arranged to get me had I been given any inkling of that. Still waiting for information about what the problem was and what was done to fix it... I am not likely to use your service center again. More

quick, simple and painless! not to mention the best price We dealt with Pedro Andrade to purchase our CPO BMW back in September. He was very easy to deal with; straight-forward and honest. We live in CT, bu We dealt with Pedro Andrade to purchase our CPO BMW back in September. He was very easy to deal with; straight-forward and honest. We live in CT, but drove to this dealer because the price was $3-4k less than any dealer within 200+ miles of us. We had issues with other dealers telling us they had a car particular vehicle available or that they would/could hold a car (with a deposit) until we were able to get there, but not this dealer. My wife called and spoke to Pedro who assured her that the vehicle was in fact there and available. He had physically taken the keys for the vehicle so no one could sell it before we got there. She gave him a credit card for the deposit to hold it, but he never charged it. He was a man of his word and held the car for us. Not only was the car everything we expected, and substantially cheaper than any other dealer, but they were efficient and got us in and out within a couple hours. Since we are not NJ residents we had to take a temporary plate until the CT DMV got around to issuing our permanent plate, but Pedro was even helpful when it came to taking care of this! My wife and I purchase a car every 2 years or so (around 20 cars) and this was by far the best experience we've had with a dealer. More
