Morgan was friendly and provided excellent customer care. She even offerred to show me the way to the waiting area on the 2nd floor. Coffee and breakfast snacks were offerred in the waiting area. My only negative comment is that if you need to wait for an extended time, the seats could reaaly be uncomfortable after a while. More

They submitted fake documentation to BMW financial on my behalf , without my knowledge o FRAUD; be aware!!! BMW of Ramsey recently committed a fraud! They submitted fake documentation to BMW financial on my behalf , without my knowledge or authorization. As a result of this act, my car was repossessed and my name was flagged!!! It’s been a week and it’s still not clear how this will get resolved. All I know, I was lied to repeatedly, humiliated and at a loss, all due to BMW of Ramsey ‘s fraudulent activity. PLEASE BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS BMW OF RAMSEY LOCATION IN ORDER TO PROTECT YOUR FINANCIAL HISTORY AND TO AVOID SUCH EXPERIENCE ALTOGETHER! More
