This was the first dealership that got straight to the point didn’t play the back and fourth game and really went above and beyond. Chris the used car manager really blew me away with the extra things he did to make sure I really loved the car. All around great car but very experience. Jesus was extremely professional and great to work with. Robert in finance was also a pleasure was informative in a timely manner, not like most finance managers pushing products on you. Def. great team and I drove all the way from Atlantic City to make this purchase, and it was well worth it. More

Poor Communication Started off initially okay, price reached for the car was a bit higher than I wanted but the car seemed in decent shape, and I got a decent price for Started off initially okay, price reached for the car was a bit higher than I wanted but the car seemed in decent shape, and I got a decent price for the warrenty. They ran into an issue with putting my trade in car's plate on my new purchase. I was told they would mail the registration and plate to me within a set period of time. Not a problem. A week or so into ownership I was told my down payment check was no good, and to send them another one. I confirmed with my bank that the money had left my account. Told the dealership this. Later on after asking i was told the check was in fact good. Whatever. A week before my temp tags expired, I called asking where my plate and registration were. Jorge my salesman acted surprised and said they would send them rihgt away. A few days later I received my registration, but no plate. I inquired where it was. Again Jorge said they would send it out. Over the course of the next 2 weeks I called several times, asking where my plate was, if they had tracking numbers, etc. Emails were ignored, calls rarely answered, and Jorge had no problems promising that they were on the way but could never provide tracking numbers, and my plate never showed up. I did get a DMV reimburment check randomly, dispute not knowing what I was suppose to do with it. Jorge again failed to communicate any meaningful information to me. After being promised my plate several times, I was then told that it was never shipped out to begin with. Waa given the run around after I called asking to speak to a manager. After being a week pass my temp tags expiring and not being PA inspected, I was finally sent my plate, albeit very dented and beat up. I fully understand mistakes happens and work gets busy, but the level of indifference, piss poor communication and flat out incompetence has cemented my opinion to not purchase any further vehicles from BMW of Ramsey. If this is the bmw buying experience, I'd rather take my money and time else where. More

Cameron was exceptional. Patient, informative and caring. On an extremely busy day due to one of the other service advisors not showing up he was poised and professional. He made my wife and I feel like we were the most important people on the planet. Every customer I saw picking up a vehicle had a smile on which speaks a lot about their experiences. I would definitely return to and recommend BMW or Ramsey to a friend or family member.. Keep up the good work. More
