Daniela was very knowledgeable of the product line and called up a model to test drive. She clearly explained and demonstrated the features and functions. Daniela was also very adept and maneuvering through the computer system and working up the deal. The overall experience was top notch. We were pleased. More

Not great service Our "Genius" didn't know anything more than we did. We spent a lot of time with him at delivery as well as for our "encore experience" today, where again, we asked questions our "Genius" could not answer. Frankly, I think the "genius" should have known more than we did, but he didn't. All the stuff he went over with us anyone could figure out if they were only slightly tech-savvy. The more detailed questions we had for him he tried to breeze by, by talking fast and showing us other things similar to what we were asking about, but NOT what we asked about. When my husband pointed out, several times, that he was not answering my husband's question, he didn't really acknowledge that. One of the questions was pretty simple: what are the voice commands for the navi. He kept on asking what we wanted to know and it was clear we just wanted a list of the voice commands. He said he would research it and get back to us. He found us (after we met with people in the service department who also couldn't answer a few of our other questions) waiting over 45 minutes for our car to be washed. He handed my husband a list of navi commands and my husband was very appreciative. Until he looked at the commands - they were pulled off the Internet from 2006. They were 12 years old. Really?? The commands weren't applicable to any of the current technology that is in the car. Useless. Also, we specifically told him that we could not send a google map with directions mapped out from our desktop computer at home, to our car (in the garage). He said specifically, that you CANNOT send anything from a desktop computer to the car. It must be done from the app on a mobile device. Wrong again. As soon as we got home, my husband tried to send a map to the car (still in the garage) from his desktop computer. Voila! There it was. Why we couldn't do it the first (or the second) time - I don't know. Perhaps it was operator error. But, one thing I do know now.....it is certainly possible to do it from a desktop computer. So again, we were given misinformation by our "Genius". Regarding sales when we purchased the car, once again we knew more about the car on the test drive, than the sales person did. We asked questions about the navi and she couldn't really answer them. So we played around with the navi until we got our own answers. She also gave us absolutely false and incorrect information regarding the trunk of the X3. Our question was, if we got the non-run flat tires, would it effect the trunk space (because it would come with an actual spare) and she told us that yes, the trunk would come with a hump in the very back (near the hatch door) to accomodate the spare. After doing research and going to other dealerships, this was absolutely incorrect. You would at least expect that your sales person would just say "let me look into it" but that wasnt' the case here. So we decided to buy the car despite the sales person's lack of knowledge. We signed papers around September 5, 2018. Our sales person said we should have it in "a couple of weeks". We said that it was no big deal, we would be on vacation from September 23 - October 9 and we would pick it up afterwards. We called when we were home from vacation, and she said the car was not in. We were surprised since she said she would have it in approximately 2 weeks and we were now about 5 weeks later. When we asked when we could expect it, she said she had no clue, apologized, and said she would get back to us when she knew. We waited another 10 days. Nothing. We called again and she said she still had no idea of a delivery date and apologized again. We informed her that we were going to look for another car and whoever could get the car first would get our business. Lo and behold, THE NEXT DAY she called to tell us not only was our car in and at the dealership, but we could pick it up that day. What a stunning course of events! Not a great experience in sales either. And when the car was delivered, we were asked to give them a 5 star rating. Overall, a very disappointing experience in sales and delivery for such a high end car. I'm hoping future experiences with Ramsey BMW will not be as bad as this, but frankly, I'm not convinced. Hoping that service doesn't follow suit. More

Sloppy experience Brian the Service Advisor was nothing but professional and was a good communicator throughout the entire process. When I came to pick up my car aft Brian the Service Advisor was nothing but professional and was a good communicator throughout the entire process. When I came to pick up my car after being serviced Brian was gone for the day so I was at the mercy of the rest of the team there. I was mostly ignored until I eventually found out that they lost my car key at some point throughout the day. They did find the key somewhere the next morning. Without providing all of the details they ultimately almost made me whole by paying for Ubers for me to get home that night and the next day. I still did have some out of pocket costs aside from the inconvenience of spending 1.5 hrs there on a Monday night due to their mistake/incompetence. Would've appreciated some semblance of compensation for that. More
