So so Two hours for a $160 oil change and car wash seems excessive. Car automatically called in for service and it was several thousand miles too soon! Things need to get tightened up. Received a text message with a link to check the status of the work on my car - link led to a generic dealership splash page, no info or access on my Received a text message with a link to check the status of the work on my car - link led to a generic dealership splash page, no info or access on my status. Was told car would be ready at 12, sent a text at 1:15 received no reply. Called a half hour later, servic3e rep with client - will call me back. An hour later I called again, finally found out car ready. When picking up it took 20 minutes and 2 requests after finishing with cashier for the car to be delivered to the exit bay. Things need to get tightened up. More
