Hello, we are sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience while searching for a car. Our goal is to best help assist you along the sales process. In speaking with our management staff, we are aware that they were working with you for a few weeks, on several cars, looking to best help you get into the one that was right for you. During the initial process, you seemed to have been quoted on a top tier credit, that perhaps was not in line with what your actual tier ended up being once processed. We understand that the sales department discounted the car as much as possible in order to help, but was just not enough. You did speak about increasing the money down needed to keep your payment where it needed to be. However, once the previously owned vehicle you were interested was run through the shop, it was discovered to have missed an oil change interval with BMW, which we were then required to open up a case making us unable to sell you the vehicle you were interested in at that moment. While then searching for a new car, you were interested in cars that were years newer for the same amount - which unfortunately we are unable to accommodate. We would love to best help you find the vehicle that best fits your needs, and our CPO Manager Christopher has been in touch with you should you wish to work with him to do so.
