Awesome professional service My daughter brought in the car since the iDrive clicker was not working. Kevin understood the problem and then gave my daughter a loaner car which by My daughter brought in the car since the iDrive clicker was not working. Kevin understood the problem and then gave my daughter a loaner car which by the way was like a brand new X1. The part had to be ordered and after a day, iDrive was back to normal. It took me less than 15 minutes to get my car back. More

Buyer Beware!!! Horrible Experience Buyer Beware!! I will NEVER deal with Prestige/Ramsey BMW again. I’ve just gone through a horrible experience with trying to buy a used 2015 CPO 5281 Buyer Beware!! I will NEVER deal with Prestige/Ramsey BMW again. I’ve just gone through a horrible experience with trying to buy a used 2015 CPO 5281. Between my husband and I this would be our 5th BMW from Prestige/Ramsey BMW. I was told the car I liked was available. I drove it and decided to buy it. After I drove the car I was told someone else wanted to buy the car and I needed to put a deposit down to hold it. Since I was interested in the car first my salesperson Steve and I agreed to a verbal deposit since it would take a day or two to transfer money for the deposit. I went in two days later to say the deposit money was available and was told it’s not a problem. It was time to check my credit, which has always been perfect but having gone thru a few financial struggles recently, it resulted in getting a higher interest rate. Due to the rate, I wasn't sure I wanted to go through with the purchase and told them I needed to speak with my husband and that I would get back to them the next day. I text my salesperson the next morning to say I decided to buy the car anyway and to please have it ready for me the next morning. A few hours later I received a text from my salesperson Steve saying I shouldn’t come due to some sort of problem with the car. Don’t come in as the car has a problem. What??? I was told they check their cars again before purchase and that something popped up on the dash when checking the car called PUMA. What is that??? I then placed many unanswered calls to get more information until finally, I was told that I would need to find another car as no one knew when the car I originally choose would be fixed and ready for purchase. As most people would, I found this highly suspicious and was thinking that they sold the car to the other buyer. I sat down with my salesperson Steve and went through some other cars that might work. He said he would check it out and get back to me. At this point, I have been dealing with Ramsey/Prestige for over a week and 1/2 and I still don’t have a car. It's the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and Steve told me I would have answers by end of day. I called the end of day only to hear "give me until Monday since it’s a holiday weekend and you’ll have a car." OK, I thought. I waited believing I’d have a car on Monday. It’s now Monday morning and I go in since no one is calling me to say your we have a car for you. Again I was told by the salesperson he will check and have the used car sales manager call me to discuss the different car we chose to see if he could give it to me for the same money as the first car I chose since I waited so long. No one called. I finally called and left a message for the used car sales manager and no return call. I spoke to my salesperson who said "I was told he called you." I finally got a hold of the used car sales manager after a few calls who promised to call me back by end of day Tuesday with information and pricing on the other car. No call back. I have been very patient through this process but was frustrated and text my salesperson saying "if I don't have a car by Tuesday I’m going elsewhere." I get a text back with what appears to be a snarky remark saying “Yes Ma’am.” Really! What's going on! The process has been exhausting and I still don’t have a car. Now I have to start at square one after over two weeks of being patient and believing I will have a car at the end of this process. It is now Wednesday morning and no return calls, no car. For many years I put my trust and loyalty in Prestige BMW. There’s another very nice BMW dealership down the road. Maybe someone there would want to sell me a car. More

Disappointing Customer Experience The car was not prepped properly prior to delivery. I returned it and after 4 days it has still not been completed. No attention to detail here.
