Started additional work before confirming scope of work, time involved & cost. Time was over two hours. Initial estimate was <90-minutes. I passed on the car wash because I had other time commitments. Very friendly staff & Nice facility, on par with my prior BMW Houston North dealer. Nice service manager assigned to my service request. Great experience. I was in and out of the dealership in a new leased vehicle in one hour. There was no heavy sales pressure from Eric to purchase any additional coverag I was in and out of the dealership in a new leased vehicle in one hour.
