He is an excellent and knowledgeable employee of your company. He explained clearly what was going on with my vehicle and made sure i understood the nature & functionality of my car and how to resolve the issues.. He laid out the problem my car faced and cost in order to resolve the matter-clearly so there would be no descrespencies. I gave him the go ahead to have my vehicle worked on which took a day or so to be completed. Once the job was done John notified me my car was ready. I picked it up the following day when John made everything easy for me. This man is the key to Ramsey BMW, clients success.. So far so good. I smell a burning fume when i turn the heat on but i am assuming that maybe from the mechanical work recently performed by your company. Let me give it time to see what happens. More
