UM. A job that should have taken less than an hour took almost two and a half hours. Since we waited it was a pretty long wait. We asked for the replacement tire which was the left front to be placed in the rear. Frank said it doesn't make a difference where it goes and it was not done. We feel if it makes no difference then why argue with the customer and just have it done. We were told we needed a wheel alignment which was @ $294.00. We've had the car a little over 4 months (it's a 2018). We didn't get it as it was totally unnecessary. More
