So I contacted Bmw North America and they gave me Ramsey Bmw number &I spoke to Andrew. If I could give Andrew 10 stars I would!!! He made the negotiation so easy via phone.... all I did was tell him what kind of car features and payment price I was looking for & if he could match it. We hammered it out via phone we came in &!signed the paperwork & drove home. He is going to be my new BMW salesperson now for my new whole family! More

Regular Service and New Tires Received a call to confirm my reservation after I had made it online. Brought my car in for it's regular service and needed new tires. Diane was very professional, friendly and polite. My car came back good as new and freshly washed.
