Service person was extremely helpful I was just bringing car in to check one little thing out. Service person alerted me that my extended warranty was about to run out and got my brakes t I was just bringing car in to check one little thing out. Review of Ramsey The car salesman was very nice and helpful,however I was told I would be getting a 200 credit towards a car rental (I drove from Pa to NJ to purchase The car salesman was very nice and helpful,however I was told I would be getting a 200 credit towards a car rental (I drove from Pa to NJ to purchase car) which in turn they did not honor because the price of car dropped which I felt was really rude ..it wasn’t Pedro’s fault at all but definitely put him in bad spot when he had to tell me that his manager said they weren’t going to honor that anymore ..they have called me though to see if I had any questions or anything about vehicle but the fact that they did that just ruined it and I wasn’t even going to purchase vehicle except it was a great price More

Did not have a good experience My sales advisor James was excellent ,, never have dealt with a better sales advisor than him but multiple mistakes in the contract , first was wrong My sales advisor James was excellent ,, never have dealt with a better sales advisor than him but multiple mistakes in the contract , first was wrong VIN in the contract then wrong date , then wrong price and so on , had to go over the dealership over 3 times just for signature and twice someone came to me for initials and signature , its been over 3 months and have still have not gotten my license plates and registration yet , still moving around with temporary license plates. only reason i might recommend some one to this dealership is because of excellent services from my sales advisor otherwise will not recommend this dealership to anyone More
