Fast & Efficient I have an eight year old X3 and the dreaded "check engine soon" lamp came on. I brought it in and within an hour it was fixed. When it couldn't be done, explained why and how I could. He was in touch with me on each and every thing being done and what needed to be done. A great, positive energy that will stop a nothing to keep his clients satisfied and confident in the care / service his team provides. He contacted me personally regarding incidental findings while the care was being repaired, had his top technician working to get my SUV in shape for the winter, and even had my car detailed. Tony and Diane made this a great experience, stress free, and flawless. I have been relying on Ramsey BMW since I purchase the vehicle, and despite it being much farther a distance than other BMW service locations, I choose to work with them with their exceptional service, and team talent.
