The seal on the gas cap tore and depressurized the fuel system. In about one hour I got a text saying that the Service was completed. Nice people too! Ended up buying a 2019 X3 too! More

When it couldn't be done, explained why and how I could. He was in touch with me on each and every thing being done and what needed to be done. He was very customer attentive and a pleasure to work with. I would ask for Frank again if I ever have to come back to BMW. Anna booked my appointment and was friendly and helpful. More

My service team assisted me with a loaner vehicle, and quickly assessed the problem. They were a great team, keeping me updated on the repairs took great care of my SUV as if it was their own. Diane was excellent in assisting me through the process. I was even more appreciative to have had the pleasure of working with the Service Director Tony Circelli, who was wonderful. A great, positive energy that will stop a nothing to keep his clients satisfied and confident in the care / service his team provides. He contacted me personally regarding incidental findings while the care was being repaired, had his top technician working to get my SUV in shape for the winter, and even had my car detailed. Tony and Diane made this a great experience, stress free, and flawless. I have been relying on Ramsey BMW since I purchase the vehicle, and despite it being much farther a distance than other BMW service locations, I choose to work with them with their exceptional service, and team talent. Thank you all for your help in making it safe for me driving on the roads. More
