Worst dealership that I’ve ever experienced in 39 years Mathew Bibbo is a liar So he is the perfect guy to run this place. Dont walk, RUN!!! To any other BMW dealership One with the service department won’t try to scare you into paying for parts that you don’t need or exploit you under the guise of safety all taking place in their little house of lies Mathew? Please ask Anthony what story he used to placate me when he BEGGED me not to file a formal complaint in 2018 after lying about my battery and battery cable needing to be replaced in order to clear the fuel sensor? If I had I wouldn't be writing this review they would've had to fix my car correctly the first time. Here's a hint if he can't remember He asked me to pray. Ask If he used this story on anyone else, My God I really hope he didn't.... Just to calm a customer down? Glad I don’t have to sleep with his conscience or yours. They did a fine job making me remember them forever. I can only hope to do the same in return. Matthew Bibbo finally called me back about a month after He said he was sorry for the delay in calling me back (on my google review. When he did finally called me back he may try to be prepared with absolutely no information on me whatsoever. Didn’t know if I bought the car there or not. Was “looking through the communications” as I was on the phone with him. He was about as useful as a one legged man in a butt kicking contest. He “assumed” I have no idea why??? Anthony had: “been on it” the entire month I guess. He was on “it” all right. as long as by: “it” he’s talking about increasing the dealerships bottom line. At least that’s what he told me. But he assumed it was all taken care of Guess this happens when you remove yourself too deeply from the inner workings of your dealership. And I love the question about whether I bought the car there or not? So funny makes me wonder if that’s why they tried to screw me over otherwise why even bother asking that stupid question what is it matter if I brought my 2012 BMW from you or anyone else you told me you would service it and do a good job by me. Matthew’s question alone makes me Realize it if I ever bought a car again I am bringing it back to the dealer I bought it from no matter what anyone from Ramsey BMW tells you The best was I had to drive it around 250 miles seven times in a row when it failed over and over and over and over and over again on its inspection finally they broke their own “rule” and brought it and got inspected on their own. More

It’s the third (3rd) 3-Series I’ve leased through Lori Asserson @ Prestige BMW because of the excellent/high level service. In the case of the first two leases… my office was nearby Ramsey. Now I’m about 100 miles away in Ocean County. After giving Lori the deposit/monthly lease guidelines established by my company she circled back right away with some choices. A few days later I drove up to Ramsey, turned in my current leased car, Rob in financial services had all the docs ready for signature as the new car was being set up for the trip back home. I talked with Tim Gallagher, who was right away super friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had about the car. I went in that day to look at the car and take it for a test drive. Again, Tim was extremely knowledgeable about the car. It was my first time purchasing a car and he made sure that I was fully comfortable with the car. It was clear that Tim had my best interest at heart. Tim was very easy to work with and he made the process smooth. I feel very grateful to have worked with Tim. Great customer service; smooth lease experience I met David Rein to discuss an X5 lease for my wife and he was very professional, knowledgeable and to the point. We discussed options for the vehicl I met David Rein to discuss an X5 lease for my wife and he was very professional, knowledgeable and to the point. We discussed options for the vehicle, the type of lease I wanted and numbers, as this was our first experience with BMW and the dealership was highly recommended by a close friend. I told David where I needed to be and he came back to me and exceeded my expectations. The X5 was ready when we arrived to pick it up and the staff spent time with my wife explaining how use all of the features. Wayne in finance explained different options and the entire process was smooth and easy. Phil and Chris who are the sales managers introduced themselves and could not have been nicer, as we felt very comfortable in this dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend BMW of Ramsey to anyone in the market looking for a new vehicle. Lori was super attentive to all that I was looking for in a car and made sure that I left with exactly that! They both truly make you feel like family and treat you as if you were one of their own. I also have to add that Dwayne wong was wonderful! He taught me all about the new features in my car being that it’s now so high-tech , I’d be lost without him! My sister also got a car from them and I can speak for her and say that she was treated the exact same way . Can’t say enough good things about Ramsey BMW and will for sure be returning for all my future purchases. More
