Jesus created an environment that made me feel comfortable. He was always professional and respectful during our conversations/negotiations. He went out of his way to work with my schedule and even picked me up from the train station the day I picked up the car - which was detailed and ready to go when I got there. Jesus was awesome. I understand someone else was interested in the same car but BMW of Ramsey was respectful of my business and continued negotiations with me. I contacted them first and I appreciate that they allowed me to be first in line to make an offer - It shows they have respect for customers. I highly recommend this dealership. More

After having such a positive experience with the first purchase, I returned again this December 2019 with both myself and my wife’s lease expiring in the beginning of the new year. Our salesman, Jesus Vicioso was stellar with the entire process from start to finish, just like last time. He was not only prompt, but attentive both in responding to my email (in less than 30 minutes of sending) with our particular requests and specifications, and as well in person at the dealership. Jesus was knowledgeable, demonstrated excellent professionalism and got us exactly what we wanted, a CPO 2017 BMW X3 and a 2020 BMW X5. We were very pleased with each purchase from Ramsey BMW. I highly recommend Ramsey BMW, in particular our salesman Jesus for a great car buying experience. More
Bad Business, stay away Went there last week to look at a car they had advertised online. i made an appointment and they told me car was available. Upon arrival salesman tells me the car is being test driven buy another customer and that i had to wait. finally i get my chance to test drive the car. we sit down to discuss price and that's when the sales manager comes over and proceeds to tell me that the car i'm interested in someone else is also interested in. he basically told me it was a bidding war. And best offer wins, and that's just ridiculous and outrages for that to even be suggested. very bad business practices. I was extremely turned off and would never go back to this place. And i will tell everyone i know to stay away from this place. Ended up going somewhere else and getting a great deal. More

Went in to buy a pre owned car. They confirmed we were looking for pre owned but took us over to the new side, anyway. This is where the scam begins. So this guy in a sharp suit sits down with us and after realizing we are firm on pre owned says, “oh I only sell new bmws, let me take you over to our used side.” So now we’ve already wasted 20 mins and have to start over with the used salesman, Roberto, whose suit doesn’t fit nearly as well as the first guy. We tell him what we are looking for and our budget. I tell him “this is my out the door price.” He even writes it down. Then he shows me cars way above my price range and insists, absolutely insists over and over, that he can get us the vehicle we want at the price we want. Next, we test drive the car. Here’s the thing, He was hoping I’d be so dazzled and impressed I would buy the car at any price. This ain’t my first rodeo though. I know what I want and what I can afford. I can respect a guy who says We don’t have that, let me show you something in your price range. But Roberto kept insisting we could have this car at this price. He even insisted we continue to test drive the car for way longer than necessary. Finally we get back and Roberto takes the paper work over to his manager who doesn’t even budge on the original price by so much as a dollar. In the meantime, the customer next to us is getting frustrated and starts to tell us how they promised him all these things and outright lied to him about pricing and availability. So now we are starting to see how this dealer operates. We get up to leave because they’ve already wasted over an hour of our time. But the manager comes rushing out because he doesn’t want us to go. He agrees to go down maybe 100$ or take off some made up fee, but he is $5000 over our price. I assumed he would at least try to meet in the middle. Then he starts to tell us that there is no way we could get this car even close to the price that Roberto insisted was doable. He offered to show me other cars, which if Roberto had done originally, would have probably gotten him a deal because I was there to buy. But since he wasted so much of our time lying to us, we headed out and bought our BMW somewhere else for even less than we had allocated. I got exactly what I was looking for at a great price. My advice is, don’t lie to or mislead potential clients. No one likes having their time wasted. I would have been a customer for life, but Roberto and his manager blew it. More

On Friday I went to drive it and my husband went back for a second time to drive it. On Saturday morning he spoke to the salesman Max, he had a credit card in hand and Max said he would call him back. They never took the deposit and Max said he would put a "sold" sign on the car. We told him we wouldn't be around much over the weekend but we would come Monday and purchase the car. Max and my husband were speaking since 11am today/Monday and then by 5pm the car was sold. How is that possible? Is there no handshake, we were ready to put a deposit down. Both my husband and I spoke to the sales manager Phil and the only real answer was "we're sorry, it's been sold". There was no damage control. Nothing about helping to find another car. The answer: the deposit doesn't matter, we didn't have a purchase order. That is their process but how were we supposed to know their process. We are a returning BMW family who has bought several cars from them previously. This is unacceptable. We will never be returning. The process actually started out great and easy, too bad it ended terribly. More

We exchanged several emails and finally met in person, today. Everything covered, in the messages, was exactly how it was presented, in person. Not a single surprise. Jorge, was very informative and knowledgeable. Moreover, he demonstrated zero pressure, during the entire deal. His demeanor was relaxed and totally non-aggressive, which was refreshing to see. The price structure, which he presented, was extremely competitive and the value assigned to my trade-in was very fair. Jorge is a very personable individual, which made for a smooth and enjoyable experience, resulting in the purchase of a 2020 X6 40i, which is expected to be delivered in 8 weeks! Jorge's sales style and approach is a valuable asset for Ramsey BMW, in my opinion. More

I actually live in NY, about an hour away, and make the drive solely based on their customer service. I’ve been coming here since 2003/04. A few weeks ago turned in my 2016 5 Series for a 2020 2 Series and love it! Sure, I had a few ideas before walking in, but honestly didn’t have a set car in mind when actually walking in. My Client Advisor, Lori Asserson was able to show me what she thought I might like. She asked for my criteria, which was: a Coupe, AWD, Cold Weather Package, Black and most important for me, NO LEATHER, as I am Vegan. She asked if we liked what was out on the floor a few steps away...a black 2 Series, Coupe. Then suggested we go check it out while she do some searching in her database. Low and behold, mere minutes later, she comes back announcing that she had the exact car with every single one of my "must haves" in one of their lots! It even came equipped with that SensaTec interior material, just like the 5 Series I just turned in. So if you can imagine, I was ecstatic! It was meant to be! My transactions with BMW of Ramsey are always pain free. Everyone just wants to help you, but I believe Lori goes above and beyond of just "helping" you. She truly is a gem, and one of their longest standing Service Advisors - Platinum status for sure. She also isn’t pushy, knows her cars, and overall is just a CLASS ACT. I was very fortunate to have been placed with her after my former Advisor had retired. I wouldn’t want to do business with anyone else...both my husband and I agree, she’s just so warm and genuine. No shticks here! Again, it’s the divine customer service that has kept me coming back after 16 or so years. I can’t end this review without mentioning the other 3 people that participated in my experience. Dwayne, the resident car genius, who knows every BMW like the back of his hand, and makes you laugh while he’s assisting you. Then there was another very helpful young man whom actually assisted me with the learning the updated technology of the car. His name escapes me, but he was professional in every way as well. Lastly, there's Rob - in the Insurance and Finance area, my very last stop before leaving. He’s a brand new addition to this dealership and an absolute pleasure to deal with! He was so informative and personable, and spoke in great detail about the bundles to be offered. I never took advantage of this before, but after speaking with him, thought it would help with my own peace of mind to add in a bundle. I sure was glad I got the bundle I did! Thank you Rob for your recommendation. Thank you Lori for being you and adding that special and most unique touch to the experience...you truly are an asset to this location. The epitome of how a Client Advisor should be. Platinum Status - well deserved. Thank you BMW of Ramsey for having and keeping people like this on your team.
