Horrible, Unprofessional, Rude!!! On May 22 2020 I was sold a falsely advertised car by Rudolph, which turned out to be the opposite of what I was told! Very easy and smooth, but a little slow Max was great as he was VERY responsive on text message as we led up to my visit. that was really appreciated as it made our communication quite easy Max was great as he was VERY responsive on text message as we led up to my visit. that was really appreciated as it made our communication quite easy while i was at work. this way when i was at the dealer we just had to do the test drive and final negotiations on the pricing. so that was GREAT. my only issue is that when i was there, it seemed to slow down quite considerably. each part of the final sale process from the insurance transfer, the financing, and the final signing still took from 1:30 to 6;30pm. this was the whole reason that i did most of my research, negotiation and communication throughout the week, was so that i could show up and make the deal and drive out with a new car in a few hours. 5 seems like a lot for something that was basically done before i even got there. all in all though a very easy and pleasant experience with Max.
