This was our first ever BMW and Veronica made us feel a part of the BMW family immediately! This was also the first car that I have bought in 10 years...yes, I had been driving a 2009 Pontiac torrent and w part of the BMW family immediately! This might be the worst sale experience I ever received from any dealership of this calibre. I stopped into the dealership on 11/21 and spoke with Veronica Chicas about leasseing a new X3. Veronica stated she was a little busy but took down all my info and stated she would get back to me on Monday before noon. I received a text stating she was still busy and she would get back to me that afternoon what she never did. I called and text her a few times over the next few days were she never responded. Today on 11/28 I stopped into the dealership to see if she was alive lol.. And asked her what seemed to be the problem with the leasse quote and she stated she was to busy as she rolled her eyes at me. When I asked to speak with the manager Randy he really did seem that he cared about my complaint as he proceed to state customers in the dealership matter 1st. I informed him I was in the dealership on 11/21 looking to purchase a car. In my honest opinion this is one of the few times I can truly say I think my skin colour did matter. As it seemed they only valued white customers. He didn't even really apologise for what happened or even ask me how can we make it right. It seemed I was just a next Minoritie making a stink over something and wasting his time. More
First let me start by saying this review is about the service department. My family and I will never go to this dealership again. Went in for a simple oil change. Had a couple questions which the writer could not even answer. On top of that the service writer was rude and aggressive. Coupled with lack of knowledge makes for a great experience. There is a major lack of communication as to what will be done and how much it will cost which could easily be fixed but no one cares there. They fail to understand that people can take their business anywhere. Don’t be fooled when the dealership responds to these reviews saying that this is not the norm. Unfortunately this is the norm. Take your business elsewhere to an independent shop that actually cares and does better work for less money. More
