From the start to finish, the process of purchasing our BMW X7 was seamless thanks to a great team at BMW of Ramsey. Our client advisor, Dwayne did a tremendous job of locking the best possible rate for us BMW X7 was seamless thanks to a great team at BMW of Ramsey. Our client advisor, Dwayne did a tremendous job of locking the best possible rate for us in the market and order a complete new car for us which arrived in 5 weeks. He even sent an Uber to our home to pick us up to deliver our vehicle. At the store, we were greeted by Dwayne, who showed us our car and guided us for a meeting with the Finance Manager, Marcelo who was very knowledgable and explained to us the pros and cons of leasing vs financing as we had the option to switch to financing at the time of delivery. He also explained to us the advantages of Elite Protection plan, which we thought is the best option for us to protect us for any potential damages to our tires, windshield, etc. so we decided to move forward with the plan. Then, Kristen explained to us the functionalities of our car and we were ready to leave with our new car.
