Purchased and Picked up an Expensive car over the weekend and was promised to bring the car back for a full detailing because I took the car off the lot and has some scratches, marks and dirt. Saleswoman sincere sincere asked me to bring the car back and was approved by her manager however When I bring it back the manager that time giving me big hard time, was very arrogant, made me feel disrespected, sounded like he’s giving Me favors, finally after raising my blood pressure he agreed on doing the detailing, when I came back today the car absolutely worse, has not been touched, washed or cleaned, now it has more foot marks of the people driving the car in the dealer and more fingerprints, smelly. I asked to see him he comes out before say anything he’s shouting and saying that’s it that’s it. Basically; Supervisor arrogant no customer service skills and didn’t seem to care more or less about us unhappy.
