We authorized no such offer through CarFax. Further, this offer was not produced to our team at the time of your visit and we will always appraise a vehicle more accurately when it arrives and we have the opportunity to conduct a proper inspection. Actually, the offer was indeed presented to the salesman that was assisting me. He looked at the offer and used his cell phone to take a photo of it so he could share it with his manager.
