My service advisor Anna was very responsive, provided excellent customer service. We had a couple of hiccups with issues of low tire pressure resulting from tire rotation and the technician not updating excellent customer service. We had a couple of hiccups with issues of low tire pressure resulting from tire rotation and the technician not updating the computer program in the car after I left my servicing which were addressed promptly in the following days. Everyone was rude from the moment I pulled in. I asked if my car would even be looked at that day and I was laughed at. I then was told my car would only take a couple of days - I said that I wa I asked if my car would even be looked at that day and I was laughed at. I then was told my car would only take a couple of days - I said that I was expecting it to take a week - again I was laughed at. Needless to say, I got my car back a week later. Pick up was chaotic. The cashier walked away from her desk as she saw me walking over and didn’t return for 10 minutes. Once I was checked out, someone came over multiple times to ask the two men who were also waiting for cars for their numbers and didn’t ask me until the third time. I’ll never be back. More
