I am about to go over to Germany to pick up my 3rd car purchased through BMW Peabody (family’s 5th). From the very beginning of the process, Jamie was fantastic in his communication and most importantly h purchased through BMW Peabody (family’s 5th). I'm extremely happy with the service, and will continue to recommend Jamie and BMW Peabody. In addition to the excellent sales service, where BMW Peabody truly excels is in its service department. Rob is super. He is always patient (even though he constantly has a lot going on), and takes the time to go over the problem and make sure it's resolved in a timely manner. With such poor customer service out there, it is so refreshing to have a place that is reliable. More

I swore I would never by or lease a BMW, until I went to Peabody. OUr salesperson Jamie was fantastic the service dept couldn't be more helpful. Excellent all the way around. As for price I felt like it was a fair deal to both sides. More

Jamie on the sales side and the entire Service Team do a great job. When I purchsed my first BMW a 530XI I looked at a number of competitive cars. I actually walked out of one dealership they were so high pressured. Jamie and BMW of Peabody were able to answer all my questions about the car, all in a very comfortable and collegial manner. We were so impressed when we were looking for a used car for our daughter we told Jamie what we were looking for and had all the confidence he would find the right vehicle for us, which he did. Service is the other reason for the ratings above. To a person the service team appeaer to support one another. Our contact is Mat, however anyone of his colleagues can easily take care of us if Mat is tied up. They all are well trained, polite and knowledgeable. They do a great job of keeping me updated on how the service is going and what might need to be performed, etc. The loaner car system works great. More
Spoke to a Sales Manger on the phone, he told me to come in to finish the deal we agreed to. When I showed up I got a run around and was told that the car is gone. I can’t imagine that in the matter of 40 m in to finish the deal we agreed to. When I showed up I got a run around and was told that the car is gone. This dealership is worth the short drive from the "Automile". I emailed their web site Friday night and got a phone call the next morning. Their offer for my trade was generous and they came down to MY price on the new vehicle. No Stress, no pressure, no sweat. They now have my business. More
I called about a 330ci that I really wanted. The guy on the phone said "yeah, come on in" etc. I went in and he was gone for the day, even though we agreed to meet after work. Immedately, they stuck me w the phone said "yeah, come on in" etc. I went in and he was gone for the day, even though we agreed to meet after work. Immedately, they stuck me with an obviously experienced older sales guy who tried to hit me with the bait and switch. When I made it clear that I could not budge from my limit, he basically shrugged and walked away. Very smug dealers and my sister-in-law has had service trouble at the same dealership. I went out and bought an Infiniti the next day. More
