Jamie McCoy is like no other! This is the second BMW Jamie McCoy is like no other! This is the second BMW I've bought from BMW Peabody. And although the first experience was well above average of any Jamie McCoy is like no other! This is the second BMW I've bought from BMW Peabody. And although the first experience was well above average of any other dealership in the area, my second purchase this time from Jamie set a new standard! I've since recommended 3 other people to Jamie all who have bought cars from him. The car I bought from Jamie started out a lease that I then decided to purchase. Jamie went above and beyond to make sure everything on the car was perfect when he delivered it to me with the title. I haven't since I met Jamie had to set foot in the dealership, unless to see what the new models are, as Jamie picks up and delivers my car. Service I didn't know existed outside of the 100k+range. In all those years, we had been loyal to the service manager of Smith Motors – Haverhill. Since making the switch from Mercedes to BMW in 2003, we began to truly recognize the difference in service styles. Matt Hefron had taken great care of our needs. When my wife needed a new car in October 2007, she was torn between the Mercedes 430E & the BMW 5 XI. While you may feel somewhat bias towards the BMW, the real decision between the two came right down to good salesmanship. Jamie McCoy was not “hard sell” but managed to listen to our needs and sold us on “service”. Most recently, Jaimie came to pick-up Anne’s car for it’s 1-year service; which in itself is a tremendous convenience. Coincidentally, her Mass. Vehicle inspection sticker was about to expire and she said: “I wish I had remembered to ask Jamie to get a new sticker for me too . . . “ I thought she was being a bit unreasonable . . . . . . much to our surprise, the sticker had already been replaced. It’s the little things that go a long way; and you can rest assured we will not only refer Jamie to our friends; we will continue to think of Peabody BMW first. He’s the best! My car was due for service and Jamie goes above and beyond in that he personally picked up my car and delivered me a loaner car to use while my was being serviced. The service department contacted me beyond in that he personally picked up my car and delivered me a loaner car to use while my was being serviced. The service department contacted me to make sure that all of my concers were addressed and they completed the necessary maintenance 100% to my satisfaction and in the time promised. Both Jamie McCoy, my salesperson, and Matt the Service person I dealt with, were more than accomodating and extremely professional. As always, it was a pleasure to do business with them. I have recommened BMW of Peabody to everyone I know looking to purchase a BMW. More
First-time BMW buyer. I was a walk-in customer. Met a wonderful salesman named Mark DiMeo who gave me a test drive of the BMW 328xi. He demonstrated the strengths of the car and how it compared to my 20 wonderful salesman named Mark DiMeo who gave me a test drive of the BMW 328xi. He demonstrated the strengths of the car and how it compared to my 2000 Honda Civic. Afterward, he gave me a great deal on a Titanium Silver 2008 BMW 328xi and got the plates, sticker and registration done in only a few hours. When I came back to pick up the car the next day, he spent over an hour walking me through the electronics of the car so that I would be very comfortable with the vehicle. A+ service and I would recommend him to any other BMW buyer. More

Worst car dealer experience of my life. Two years ago we purchased a new BMW X3 and leased a BMW 325CI convertible. At the time, we were told that if we paid them $ 733. to install LoJack in the leased veh purchased a new BMW X3 and leased a BMW 325CI convertible. At the time, we were told that if we paid them $ 733. to install LoJack in the leased vehicle, that we would be credited for this at the end of the lease (which was written in as a separate line item next to our deposit amount). Throughout the lease term, we had all the service work performed at BMW Norwood, (the service from BMW Peabody was pretty poor - never returned phone calls, etc). At the end of our lease period, we returned to BMW Peabody. We were told by Rick Belgiomo, leasing manager, that he had "no way" to honor the Lojack credit and we were "out of luck". When asked if we could speak to a manager, he said he "was it" and we had two choices: either leave the car, or drive it home and refuse to drop it off. We drove the car back home and have negotiated with BMW corporate for the return of the car to another dealer. This is not like adding premium wheels or tires (which would not be credited). The addition of a LoJack system helps retrieve a stolen car for the benefit of the owner (BMW Peabody), and we had it fully insured for theft for our own protection. We have also heard from others about this dealership not doing anything at all for customers after the sale is made. They have a huge investment in a new building. Hope they can find new customers to help them pay for it, because they lost our business for good. UPDATE: 11/7/2013 Sales Manager Vin McCauley is no longer with BMW of Peabody (he runs his own business now). His explanation of me trying extort $500 dollars was ridiculous to the point where it still bothers me from time to time. Every few years, when I have a few minutes and I reflect on it, I check in to see what's up with BMW of Peabody's sales staff. My friends who know me agree that I hold onto things too long, but with me, this was just one of those experiences that needed to be addressed. More
