This is my third experience working with Jamie McCoy. I started 7 years ago leasing a X3, when the lease was done I deceided to purchase that vechicle. Jamie worked extremly hard to accomadate all of my wishes and was able to find a vechicle matching all of my requests in New Jersey. This was not an easy task! The car was promptly shipped to Peabody and was ready in just over a week. Jamie was available by phone and e-mail,for the numerous questions I had regarding this car. I have reccomended Jamie to my friends,family and co-workers. Second car with BMW Peabody -- and after thirty years of other dealerships -- it is a very different -- and very pleasant experience. The new car delivery was unlike anything else i have experienced -- eff other dealerships -- it is a very different -- and very pleasant experience. The new car delivery was unlike anything else i have experienced -- efficient -- simple and covered everything i needed to know -- no "shuffle you off to the manager to up sell stuff" Just had car in for annual service --- once again phenominal service-- and the BMWs are wonderful cars so they need little service. Jamie should be a case study for sales people -- he redefines the role to truly care for the client, and the dealership has a great team accross all the staff.
