I buy many german luxury cars on a regular basis and thus have worked with many dealerships in the Boston area as well as many client advisor/sales professionals. I first have to say that Jamie McCoy is the best that I have worked with thus far. He is knowledgeable about the car/brand and really went out of his way to make sure the sales process and delivery was a great experience. He also shows the same professionalism and customer service post sale which is very important. As far as the dealership goes BMW of Peabody was the top dealership I have dealt with so far. During the sales process the price we agreed on was more than fair and the level of customer service we continue to receive from this dealership is well beyond my previous experience and expectations. In conclusion, I would without a doubt purchase another BMW from BMW of Peabody and would be more than happy to work with Jamie McCoy again. More
I wanted to take a few minutes today to tell you that for the first time ever my experience of purchasing an automobile was one , if the not the best, business transaction that I have had in a long time. Jamie was at all times, professional, efficient and went over and above in his efforts to ensure that everything was handled to my satisfaction. Jamie's expertise and knowledge relative to the BMW product is phenomenal . He was able to answer all of my questions, (of which I had several) with all of the right answers. His professional and knowledgeable manner reinforced my decision that I was making the right choice to purchase this vehicle at the BMW Peabody dealership. Please note that when I do receive the BMW Corporate Survey I will the again happily share my satisfaction and security in the knowledge that not only did I purchase the right vehicle for me but that I also had the right Client Advisor assisting me. It was time to hand over our leased Lexus for a major step UP !! We have owned BMW's for years and are now back on board with my new x1 which is incredible. The seating is perfect for my frame and my lower back is pain free. We were also so impressed with Kaitlyn. She was extremely patient, thorough, efficient, knowledgable and professional. The day I dropped off my Lexus, she drove right over to pick me up and go over every little detail in the car's operation and even went so far as driving with me to my house in Winchester, MA to retrieve the second Lexus key that Lexus had to have that very day which was inconvenient, needless to say, but an excellent opportunity to offer her guidance while driving. Loved that so much ! : ) She took care of our plates and set up all the instruments in the car for me and got me the right rubber mats for the cargo space. I am thrilled with my new x1 and delighted to have met Kaitlyn Bunnell! More

This is my 3rd 5x lease with BMW of Peadbody. Jamie McCoy is one of the major reasons I come back, he is extremely professional and goes above and beyond. I had some issues with my first x5 7 years ago and Jamie along with the Service department. was there working with me and the until the issue got resolved, I still get the same exceptional treatment from BMW today, I have not had any issues with my current X5 it is going in for it yearly maintenance, the service department and Jamie are there for me once agin, working around my schedule, to pick up the vehicle and service it.. I have been driving for 25 years and have had multple vehicles owned and leased, differnet makes and dealerships. and have never had the great experience that I get from BME of Peabody , and that is what keeps me going back More
This is the fourth car I have purchased with Jamie McCoy as the salesman. This time jamie had to work a little harder as the initial car we had negotiated a deal on was not available right when we were abou as the salesman. This time jamie had to work a little harder as the initial car we had negotiated a deal on was not available right when we were about to finalize the deal. But jamie found another car that turned out to be a better deal and one we liked better. I appreciated his can do manner and his desire to be sure we were happy as loyal customers. It is this lind of service that will keep us coming back. I hope Jamie is there as long as I continue to buy a BMW. More
I originally was interested in a certified per owned BMW which I did like when I saw it but when I saw the 2013 5 series I knew that was more the car for me. Kaitlyn searched their entire inventory and found me the perfect vehicle. From our first meeting she was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of her product. I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle. Heather in the finance office was also a pleasure to work with. No questions went unanswered from either of these two very professional ladies. Thank you both and I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or certified vehicle. More
My last visit was a total disaster. This time I had to leave the car with them for a couple of days for the HPFP recall. I got it back with ~27 miles more. In the days the car was in their possession rained a lot. It seems they drove my car (God knows where) with the moon roof open. I cannot describe the $#@& that was inside …they left black marks, sand and stains on the beige floor covering everywhere in the front as well as in the back ( I am not talking about the mats you can replace or clean). This is a 335 coupe and managed to brush their dirty wet feet from everything in the relative small space. I cannot describe how dirty the beige leather was. I spent ~3 hours to clean it up. I noticed immediately the leather had a big scratch on the back seat, seat never used. I still couldn’t get rid of stains. About the work: after 4 days the car was with them they start working on the car after I show up. It was pathetic. The repairs were not satisfactory and I had to come back a week later. This time I choose to stay and wait. It took them 5 hours to do the repair . After ~ 4 hours I went to check through the window …the car was nowhere to be found….40 min go by...nothing…then I go to the rep he replies “ I will go and get the car for you…” he came 10 min later from somewhere from the back parking lot. The gas tank fuel door was left open…The car had new stains and marks inside and a big dent on the side skirt. I showed them the damage and they replied “ It was already there”. Worse, the car did not feel right, a little bit sluggish. If you go there make sure you inspect the car with the rep before signing anything.Let them know you noted the mileage and bring your own covers for seats and everything else. Their stellar reviews on this site are not real IMHO...appear to be written by the same person, a person with a lot of free time....not your typical BMW client. I wouldn't trust trust any of these reviews. More
I came to this dealership on Sunday June 16 looking to purchase a new vehicle. They had the exact car I was looking for, both in terms of color and options. I currently have a 3 series and was looking to purchase a new vehicle. They had the exact car I was looking for, both in terms of color and options. I currently have a 3 series and was looking to upgrade to a 5 series. I was not greeted and had to ask the receptionist if there was a salesperson that could help me. Given that it was a Sunday the dealership did not have many staff working and I was told that I would have to wait at least 30 minutes before someone was going to be available to assist me. Given that I currently live in Boston and made the 40 minute ride up to Peabody specifically to look at one of the vehicles in their inventory, I decided to wait... and believe me the wait was painful! After about 30 minutes or so, I asked again if anyone was available to help me to which the reply was "it's going to be at least another 30 minutes." Meanwhile the manager, overhearing this conversation, sat in his office without any attempt at an apology for the wait. It was Father's Day and I really had no intention of spending my whole day waiting around a dealership just trying to get someone’s attention so I decided leave and spend the remainder of the day with my newborn daughter. It's really is a shame because I was very ready to purchase, but given the poor customer service and the unpleasant experience, I will wait for now or try another dealership if I can find the car that meets my specifications. Cars are a commodity item that all BMW dealers sell. The only way for a dealer to standout and differentiate themselves from one another is through their customer service, level of fairness, and overall purchasing experience (from the perspective of the buyer). I can tell you that given the way I was treated at this dealership, I will not be back and would much rather take my business elsewhere. More
