I when into the dealership and within a few hours I had completed my 3rd purchase. Great to work with We had the luck to work with Venol Burke at the dealership and he was very patient and kind with me as I tried out different cars in January 2017. We had visited three other dealerships and spent some time test driving their cars before we came to BMW (which was not even on my radar) and Venol was the only one to send a follow-up email quickly. I received an email from Venol only 10 minutes after we left, it took Audi 8 days. The customer service then and over the past year has been great, everyone has been polite, helpful, and efficient. I've had to come in on surprise visits (after a flat tire) and was instantly provided with a courtesy vehicle--in and out in under 6 minutes! Fantastic! More

Horrible Service (General Sales Manager I purchased my first car from North West BMW around 11/2016 and the initial experience with the sale rep was great however after I signed the contract I purchased my first car from North West BMW around 11/2016 and the initial experience with the sale rep was great however after I signed the contract it was a headache. There was a issue with my MVA tags not being recognized and to reach someone by phone was impossible. I had to come out of my comfort zone, take time off of work to go to the dealership to get the issue resolved. I was told that it would be resolved within a certain amount of time and I would be contacted. That time frame came and went and no call, I had to repeatedly call the dealership and finally someone called be back to advise the issue was resolved Now I don't hold grudges and assumed things happen. Chapter 2, I went to the BMW dealership on October 12, 2017 to inquire about trading my car in the sales rep was once again great, I spoke to Eric L the general sales manager, reviewed a few cars found one that I like and I put the application in. I was advised by the general sales manager he would get back to me the next day and really I should not be surprised the sales manager has not called me back regarding the application (6 days and counting)and I have made numerous calls and left messages on his voice mail. All around this is horrible customer service and should not be acceptable to anyone, shame on you Northwest for having such a lackluster and a lousy general manager More
