After we test drove the vehicle, we decided to buy and after preliminary paperwork, we headed over to manage the financing with Frank. Frank took excellent care of us and explained everything we needed to do while being friendly and enjoyable the whole time. Once the car was ours, Eric was still waiting for us to help transfer our things and get the temporary tags installed. Overall, they both stayed over two hours past closing to ensure we were well cared for. They put their customer's experiences first and we can't thanks then enough. We highly recommend Northwest BMW!
