It was straightforward with a significant dose of sincerity and true customer centered approach. My 4 hours of driving were well worth it and I would never use another dealership. Most rewarding dealership experience to date I recently had to start looking for a new car as my old one had been rear ended for the 3rd time since purchasing it in 2015. I pass by Northwest BMW daily and decided to go in and see what they had to offer. I met the most warm and welcoming sales person Karen Anderson. She was an absolute gem. Her along with Tyrone Greene and Robert Harris made the sale of my 2013 BMW 528xi xdrive so smooth and easy. I walked in around 1150hrs on July 4th, and was out the door with a detailed vehicle and keys by 1345 hours.
