I had her undivided attention. I was really overwhelmed by the magnitude of the options and the gravity of a decision to purchase a luxury vehicle. Karen is a seasoned client advisor who knew how to advise and support me while delivering an amazing BMW buying experience for me. Other staff I encountered was welcoming and pleasant. The managers and finance manager were also pleasant and helpful. Another employee, David Brown, is outstanding and so personable as well. It was his job to explain the features and help me navigate handling the new technology in my loaner BMW. He made me feel so comfortable. He is also a 5 star employee!!!
