Great service at Northwest BMW I brought 2016 X6 from Northwest BMW, l took home a week later there was a problem with the air conditioner, l took it back to the dealership and they I brought 2016 X6 from Northwest BMW, l took home a week later there was a problem with the air conditioner, l took it back to the dealership and they attended to me quickly. Teah Wedlock was absolutely amazing to work with, very professional, outstanding customer service . She made the buying process so easy and simple. Finance paper work was done prior to our arrival which was a plus for us since we are 2 hours away from the dealership. Everyone was waiting for us when we got the there. The car had a pretty red bow. It was just beautiful. Frank Deblasi the financing manager gave us a very competitive rate, took his time explaining everything to us, dealing with him was the finishing touch to make our experience top notch.
