We came to BMW after disappointing visits at Audi, Infinity and Volkswagen. I have to tell you we walked in the door at Orland Park BMW and there was Colleen. From Colleen's suggestions, we found the vehicle we wanted in their inventory. With a little help from Jim Subka, the general manger, we agreed on a fair price for the new BMW and our trade. Everyone we encountered here was great, from Colleen, to Jim Subka and the sales manager Dave Bosco. If you are looking for a salesperson that helps you and a dealership that trys, I would give these folks an opportunity.
