We came to BMW after disappointing visits at Audi, Infinity and Volkswagen. I have to tell you we walked in the door at Orland Park BMW and there was Colleen. She greeted us with a big smile and asked how she could help us. After hearing what we were looking for she offered some suggestions, from ordering, to a locate. From Colleen's suggestions, we found the vehicle we wanted in their inventory. With a little help from Jim Subka, the general manger, we agreed on a fair price for the new BMW and our trade. Everyone we encountered here was great, from Colleen, to Jim Subka and the sales manager Dave Bosco. If you are looking for a salesperson that helps you and a dealership that trys, I would give these folks an opportunity. Also, Coleen has already called both my wife and myself wanting to make sure everything is ok and to see if we have any questions now that we have had the car for a few days. More

Joe goes out of his way to be prepared, competitive and informative. He knows his product as well as the competition. We called ahead and told him what we were looking for. Once we decided on a car, he worked hard to show us all options for financing and payments. He was willing to negotiate and we came in informed so we knew what the price should be. He met that price and we received exactly what we wanted. This is the second car we have purchased from him and it won't be our last. More
