BMW of Orland Park

I brought my car in for service. The car is a 2017 but only has 4400 miles. I came in for an oil change (only based on the fact that it had been a year). Service tech presented me with a request for addi only has 4400 miles. I came in for an oil change (only based on the fact that it had been a year). Service tech presented me with a request for additional services that would have been over $400. The additional items were mostly various filters (the car spends most of its time in my garage). As it was, the oil charge for the oil change was $160!!! Won’t be returning any time soon. More

Dealer knew i was driving 2 hrs to look at their car. I am told upon arrival I cannot test drive because the demonstrator car I went to look at had 4999 miles and at 5000 miles the car is not leasable. Although this dealership is almost an hour away from my house I don’t like going to any other dealership as they always provide the best service. I have to retract my review the advisor Brad was great. The service from the maintenance men was not thorough. Not sure if they changed the oil no sticker in the window indicating next change or mileage, The service from the maintenance men was not thorough.
