Used car manager presents you with Fake Kelly Book Numbers on your trade.. Nobody is stupid enough not to check the real Kelly Blue Book Site for life the real numbers. Also check your numbers on your paperwork so they don't change the numbers in their favor. This Is the fifth new car deal my family has made with Orland BMW. Previous 4 deals were honest transactions. Called and Emailed the GM several times for explanation. No response. Can only surmise that he is afraid to talk because he's hiding some questionable business practices. Used to be an excellent dealership, not anymore. They've lost my entire family's future business. The service has always been solid. LaToya my CS rep does a great job. BUT I have gone for service twice since the COVID outbreak and in my first review (as well as others have posted here) I expressed conc a great job. BUT I have gone for service twice since the COVID outbreak and in my first review (as well as others have posted here) I expressed concern about the lack of mask use among some employees. In my previous review one of the managers replied to me expressing that the safety of their customers is of utmost importance. It's been months since I was there the first time, and nothing has changed, so no it's not important to you. Let me put it to you this way. I'd rather drive to another dealership and get my car serviced than have my wife who is high risk die from COVID. More
