My experience with Orland Park BMW and sales person Gus Gertos was wonderful. For many, new car buying can be a very intimidating experience as it is for this single mom. Although I did some homework using the internet and visiting dealerships on Sundays to help make a decision on what car I would purchase, it was time to test drive and speak with a salesperson. My son and I was approached by Gus who came outside to talk with us. Immediately, Gus made me feel very comfortable with the process and was so down to earth and easy to talk to yet very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable answering all of our questions. He showed us every detail about the car. I felt good about how they valued my trade in and was happy with the financing part. Never once, did I feel overly pressured or that someone was spinning the intimidating car buying jargon at me. If every car dealership made people feel the painless process I had at Orland BMW and with Gus Gertos, they would do better. He really was again, wonderful to work with. Now I know why others try to compare themselves to BMW. More

This was my first experience with BMW and was very pleased from the initial phone through the delivery process. Guy Accettura was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the two vehicles I looked at. He got me through the process and then made sure I understood everything about the car, and even took the time to call and hook up my phone, radio and roadside assistance, which is not his responsibility. Gus made sure when I drove off the lot that I was comfortable and knowledgable about the car! Infact, everyone I came in contact with at BMW were phenomenal! Even though I was picky with the specification I was looking for in my new 328i, which are also rare in this model, Doug was very helpful and polite.
