Problem with seat belt I was having a problem latching my driver's side seat belt. I called the dealership and spoke with Pam Allen. She explained that the problem might be I was having a problem latching my driver's side seat belt. I called the dealership and spoke with Pam Allen. AWESOME Service Department I just had my car serviced by BMW of Ontario. Having been a proud owner of BMWs for almost 20 years, I have been to many BMW service departments. Ha I just had my car serviced by BMW of Ontario. Having been a proud owner of BMWs for almost 20 years, I have been to many BMW service departments. Hands down, BMW of Ontario is the BEST!! The moment I arrived I was greeted by a friendly technician. I was escorted to my service advisor, Anthony Zabala, who was just as friendly and efficient. He understood my time was valuable and took care of me right away. In no time at all, he got me a loaner car and I was on my way. The entire time they had my vehicle he kept me apprised of how the progress was going, what they were doing and when I could expect to have my vehicle back. When my vehicle was ready and I arrived to pick it up, I was greeted with the same friendliness and efficiency. I had my vehicle and was on my way in no time. I also felt like Anthony went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. Doing little extras that meant a LOT to me. Thank you Anthony! I also had a scratch on my car that was very disturbing to me since my car was fairly new. I used the in house repair and paint department, Dynamic Auto Images - Israel Sanchez, to fix it. So glad I did! I felt he gave me a reasonable price and did a FANTASTIC job in fixing the scratch that was all the way down to the metal. They blended the paint perfectly and there is absolutely NO sign of the scratch!! I can't tell you how relieved I was to see my car back to the beauty it was the day I drove it off the lot. Thank you Israel for doing such a great job and your efficiency as well. I highly recommend BMW of Ontario for all your service needs. More

Long story short, I had to pay a premium at the dealership, but the problem is fixed and Pamela was truly genuine and explained everything so clear to me. I don't typically go to dealers, but this girl changed me! If you want a professional advisor that'll treat your beemer like her own, ask for Pam Allen in the service department. You get what you pay for! More

Great Service! What an experience!!! Other than having to play phone tag... Pam in the repair shop is great! She was able to get my glove box fixed for $15. Lol Cra What an experience!!! I will save you the long drawn out story of battling the automatic phone lines, customer services representatives not returning phone calls, managers not following up regarding a part and the technician that damaged my seat. Through it all, I found Pam who understood my frustrations, went the extra mile to ensure my car was fixed appropriately, provided a loaner car, and took a personal interest in my car like it was hers. Tip 1: Get Pamela's email address. That is the most efficient way to communicate with her. With her email address, you become not just a customer but treated like family. More
