Below expectations for a "Luxery" car company Bought a certified pre-owned X5. 1 month in at the first service appointment I was told it needed new tires. Brought the car in for the tires and was Bought a certified pre-owned X5. 1 month in at the first service appointment I was told it needed new tires. Brought the car in for the tires and was told to pay for a loaner. Next service was told I shouldn't have been charged for a loaner but no refund to date. Now I'm here for more service and asked about the maps not being current. Was told there is a $400 charge. I said hold on the maps in the car are 2014 and I bought it in 2018. The system has already taken me to the wrong destination 3 times. Come on Ontario Management you're ruining BMW's reputation. Update - maps being updated free of charge. -Joe More
Sound system issue I was having trouble getting the bass to play in my car. I found out that I needed a new sound mixing box thing from a different dealership. They quot I was having trouble getting the bass to play in my car. I found out that I needed a new sound mixing box thing from a different dealership. They quoted me $700 for the part only. I called Pamela for her opinion and she confirmed that the price was reasonable and that this issue common with the age of my car. I did get it fixed and was happy that she would still help me even though I was getting it fixed in Glendale which is close to my job. Thank you to BMW of Ontario and Pamela A. for that Miracle on 34th street level service. More

BMW agreed to assist Partial Goodwill warranty Excellent service received from Sergio Herrera. I recently visited BMW on a couple of occasions. My last visit I was informed that my Engine Mounts Excellent service received from Sergio Herrera. I recently visited BMW on a couple of occasions. My last visit I was informed that my Engine Mounts were collapsed and not covered. I explained that I shouldn’t have to pay the full cost for the repairs. My service advisor, Sergio Herrera reached out to BMW and explained my situation and BMW agreed to cover 90% of the repair. Thank you Sergio, for going beyond and over to make sure I was very satisfied.. More

Excellent Customer Service I inquired about a Certified Pre-Owned BMW i3 through the BMW of Ontario web page, I got a call from Rachel telling me the i3 I inquired about was in I inquired about a Certified Pre-Owned BMW i3 through the BMW of Ontario web page, I got a call from Rachel telling me the i3 I inquired about was in the process of being sold but she let me know they still had a couple other CPO i3's available, she emailed me a couple that were similar to the one I originally asked about and so I decided to came down to look at the cars and to run the numbers. An alternate i3 worked for me, Mike was very knowledgeable on the i3 which made me feel a little comfortable but I was still on the fence since this was going to be my first electric vehicle, so i wanted to give it a little more thought over night. I didn't feel any pressure even after leaving the dealership with out taking the car home that visit, I decided to go ahead with the purchase the next day. The car was ready when I got there and the deal went smooth and was in and out in less then a hour. Mike and Rachel did an excellent job and I am glad I bought my i3 from them. More
Tire Alignment I hit a large pothole that caused my steering alignment to be off. I came in and Pamela Allen advised me that it can cause my tires to wear unevenly.
