They care about the customer service and experience BMW owners don't purchase a BMW because they want a car, we purchase a BMW because it's a life style, a level of accomplishment and simply the rush of BMW owners don't purchase a BMW because they want a car, we purchase a BMW because it's a life style, a level of accomplishment and simply the rush of the ultimate driving machine. With that said Nick Zellmann and Martyn Mayhead know how to go above an beyond and somehow make their dealer stand tall and beyond, when a GM of dealership contacts a customer to listen to their concerns and is involved till the concern has a satisfactory outcome, that is what the BMW service represent. Anthony Zabala Service Advisor I owned Cadillacs for over 30 years and switched to BMW's several years ago I have dealt with two prior Dealerships and was pleased .....we were on a I owned Cadillacs for over 30 years and switched to BMW's several years ago I have dealt with two prior Dealerships and was pleased .....we were on a trip from Albuquerque,NM to Rancho Cucamonga,CA and on our way the engine light came on . (my wife is very ill) so this was a major concern. Knowing that my Brother in-law also has a BMW I called him to see where he got his serviced. That is where I called Ontario BMW and Anthony Zabala who has always taken care of my Brother In-law so well....he immediately went into action and helped all he could . We limped the car in and he took care of everything even though it was late and the end of the day. Even though we were from out of town he got us a loaner car and kept us informed as to the problems that needed repaired. Knowing we were on a tight schedule needing to return home soon for DR appointment for my wife. He was able to stay on top of everything and got us on our way in time.He has a wonderful attitude and is a professional who represents the Ontario BMW Dealership in a super fashion . I might add Anthony made a followup text to see that the trip home was worry free ! The dealership has a winning team all warm friendly and very professional. Service Department Making Customers Priority Again When I first was introduced to Ontario BMW Service, the experience was not commensurate with the ultimate driving machine. It was hardly a luxury serv When I first was introduced to Ontario BMW Service, the experience was not commensurate with the ultimate driving machine. It was hardly a luxury service in January 2018. I wrote a review previously of numerous mishaps, but things drastically changed throughout a few service appointments at Ontario BMW with a change in leadership of the service department, and I met Pamela Allen. My 2015 BMW recently had issues with its High-Pressure Fuel Pump. I was quoted by a trusted outside mechanic the repair would cost thousands. I sent Pam a text message asking for solutions, and she immediately responded she was working on it. Pam fought for me. She was able to warranty the service and saved me and my car. I took my wife to the service appointment and so she could meet Pam and compare her service with Volvo. She was blown away how BMW Ontario handled everything from text message communication to a great loaner vehicle and a timely repair. She told me I was lucky to have BMW and Pam in my corner. More

Good Experience while getting an oil change I went in for an unscheduled oil change. They were able to fit me in and Sergio Herrera was great in informing me about my 3-year maintenance plan and I went in for an unscheduled oil change. They were able to fit me in and Sergio Herrera was great in informing me about my 3-year maintenance plan and all that it included. I was pleasantly surprised when it didn't cost me anything (per my plan) and he added inspections and a car wash. It was a very good experience as all the staff in the service department were pleasant and professional. More
