Service Department Making Customers Priority Again When I first was introduced to Ontario BMW Service, the experience was not commensurate with the ultimate driving machine. It was hardly a luxury serv When I first was introduced to Ontario BMW Service, the experience was not commensurate with the ultimate driving machine. It was hardly a luxury service in January 2018. I wrote a review previously of numerous mishaps, but things drastically changed throughout a few service appointments at Ontario BMW with a change in leadership of the service department, and I met Pamela Allen. My 2015 BMW recently had issues with its High-Pressure Fuel Pump. I was quoted by a trusted outside mechanic the repair would cost thousands. I sent Pam a text message asking for solutions, and she immediately responded she was working on it. Pam fought for me. She was able to warranty the service and saved me and my car. I took my wife to the service appointment and so she could meet Pam and compare her service with Volvo. She was blown away how BMW Ontario handled everything from text message communication to a great loaner vehicle and a timely repair. She told me I was lucky to have BMW and Pam in my corner. More

Good Experience while getting an oil change I went in for an unscheduled oil change. They were able to fit me in and Sergio Herrera was great in informing me about my 3-year maintenance plan and I went in for an unscheduled oil change. They were able to fit me in and Sergio Herrera was great in informing me about my 3-year maintenance plan and all that it included. I was pleasantly surprised when it didn't cost me anything (per my plan) and he added inspections and a car wash. It was a very good experience as all the staff in the service department were pleasant and professional. More
Below expectations for a "Luxery" car company Bought a certified pre-owned X5. 1 month in at the first service appointment I was told it needed new tires. Brought the car in for the tires and was told to pay for a loaner. Next service was told I shouldn't have been charged for a loaner but no refund to date. Now I'm here for more service and asked about the maps not being current. Was told there is a $400 charge. I said hold on the maps in the car are 2014 and I bought it in 2018. The system has already taken me to the wrong destination 3 times. Come on Ontario Management you're ruining BMW's reputation. Update - maps being updated free of charge. -Joe More
Sound system issue I was having trouble getting the bass to play in my car. I found out that I needed a new sound mixing box thing from a different dealership. They quot I was having trouble getting the bass to play in my car. I found out that I needed a new sound mixing box thing from a different dealership. They quoted me $700 for the part only. I called Pamela for her opinion and she confirmed that the price was reasonable and that this issue common with the age of my car. I did get it fixed and was happy that she would still help me even though I was getting it fixed in Glendale which is close to my job. Thank you to BMW of Ontario and Pamela A. for that Miracle on 34th street level service. More
