It also helped that his personality and approach wasnt that of an over zealous salesperson just trying to make commission. If you are looking into purchasing one of these incredible machines, I would definitely reach out to him! Although I did experience a slight hiccup in the beginning due to a cosmetic flaw, both my incredible sales rep Joe Pickens and service rep ( Sergio Herrera) were both extremely accommodating and worked with a sense of urgency to have the flaw corrected. I am thankful for them both, as they were patient with my incessant inquiries for status updates. I would highly recommend the team at the Ontario location - great service across the board. More
