I have no problem with my service provider, Will Smith, he always go an extra mile. My problem is with the person who provides the loaner car. I don’t know who waited on me, however she needs an attitude a he always go an extra mile. My problem is with the person who provides the loaner car. I don’t know who waited on me, however she needs an attitude adjustment. I was late for my appt because I mistakenly thought it was 11 a m not 10 am. She was very happy to point that out to me. When I gave her my proof of insurance, she said she never heard of it I told her it is a high end insurance and that it is a very good company. Which it is. Cinncinati Insurance does not insure just anyone. I can’t help it if she never heard of it. She proceeded to call the company and acted like I was trying to pull something. She not only asked if I was insured, she asked what my deductible was ,which I think was an irrelevant question. What does it matter what my deductible is? Just because my insurance is not one advertised all the time, doesn’t mean I should be treated in that manner. I was not on your list of insurance companies to be rejected. You are a luxury car company and I think the expectations of your customers is that your customer service should be exemplary. This is my first BMW. I have had Jaguars and Mercedes before and I have to say I was never treated in that manner when picking up a loaner car. More

My vehicle broke down on my way to Vegas. I called BMW of Ontario and had my car towed there. Their service department was closed but I was greeted like I was buying a car.
