We always go to BMW of Ontario for service even when we bought our second car in Murrieta. We like dealing with our service rep Sergio Herrera because he is thorough and reliable. Arrived just wanting to take a quick look at a few BMWs before heading over to the Benz dealer. Zo and his team were very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. We test drove a few vehicles. They listened. We didn’t know what we wanted. Sporty but luxurious. Roomy but not a boat. Gotta admit, I was very surprised with what BMW had to offer. Never thought we’d leave Mercedes. If it weren’t for the excellent customer service, non-aggressive approach, and transparency during negotiations, we would’ve continued our journey to the Benz dealer. The BMW is amazing. The experience at the dealership was above and beyond what we expected. More

After purchasing my 2021 540i, I was displeased to discover that my tail light had already gone out within the first few months of ownership. I scheduled an appointment with bmw of Ontario and they sw discover that my tail light had already gone out within the first few months of ownership. I scheduled an appointment with bmw of Ontario and they swiftly accommodated me a loaner for the week it took them to repair the issue. They just replaced the entire tail light which momentarily worked. After a couple of weeks the same tail light failed again and this time I’m getting all different kinds of warnings saying that the safety features are not functioning, warnings about regenerative braking and a power train misfire. I informed bmw of Ontario of these issues and was told I could be accommodated 3 weeks out if I wanted a loaner! Which isn’t an option as they need it longer than a week! After talking to the service manager about these potential safety hazards on a new car he agreed to get me in next day in either a bmw or Mini Cooper! He said he would call tomorrow to schedule and confirm. It’s been a week and no phone call has occurred. No voicemail has been left. I on the other hand have called 4 times and have left voicemails for the service manager that have not been returned! I purchased a brand new car and I shouldn’t have to deal with the vehicle components already failing ! This is a horrible way to treat your customers after getting the sale you desired. Don’t go here! They will forget about you! More
