I’ve been servicing my vehicle at BMW of Ontario for the past 7 years and although I’ve always received good service I feel that my past few visits with my new service advisor Anthony Cornejo have been noth past 7 years and although I’ve always received good service I feel that my past few visits with my new service advisor Anthony Cornejo have been nothing less than great. He’s knowledgeable in his field and is clear when providing recommendations. I went in on 02/09/2022 at around 7:20am for my vehicle’s routine maintenance (oil change, air filter, brake fluid), as well as a Check Engine Light that had recently shown up. Upon performing the diagnostic it was found that a new Value Cover Gasket and Ignition Coil were needed and would be replaced under warranty. It was also found that the cause of my Check Engine Light was due to a chafed/ damaged Engine Gear Box Module, the price quoted to me was fair and the work got completed in a timely manner. I really admire the level of professionalism at BMW of Ontario and the transparency they create by providing tech-recorded videos of what items need attention. It really makes it easier for someone to come back! More
