I visited a few BMW dealerships before heading to Ontario. Ontario, by far, treated me fairly, did not try to push me into a model or trim line I did not want, and engaged me fairly. Will Smith is the only reason I continue to come back to Ontario BMW. The other service reps never follow through or return call. The gentleman always takes that little bit more time to listen to your issue Ontario BMW. The other service reps never follow through or return call. The gentleman always takes that little bit more time to listen to your issues and follows up very promptly. I had a unique issues with my 7 series of which I took there 3 previous times the other service personnel told me they could not help me and to videotape my issue when it happened again. I felt like I was at a Volkswagen dealership not BMW. Will told me to bring it in and would keep the car until issues were solved. Will kept me posted almost everyday and even contacted corporate about my unique issues. After a few days the issue was solved. I had been bringing the car in for the last 6 months with this issue. Thank you Will Smith. I have 73 employees under me and I wish they would treat our patients with the same type of empathy and follow through. Leonard Carreathers More
