He knows how to articulate concerns about your vehicle, to guarantee that the technicians look at the right place. Anthony was able to save me over $5000 of out-of-pocket costs. He bats for his customers. Look for Anthony! More

Coincidentally, I had my first service for my existing car scheduled for today and it did not go well at all. I had n appointment for the first service and for them to correct a safety sensor that I was getting an error for. Despite having an appointment I waited for the Service Advisor for over 30 minutes, that alone isn't too bad as they were very busy. However, once I spoke to the Service Advisor he was uninformed about why I was there and had to input everything as if I had not given the information when I made the appointment. Then what I feel was the most unacceptable was when he said that they could not even diagnose my car for 4 days despite making an appointment over a week ago. I understand if there is a backlog but they knew when I was coming but I would have to wait until the following week for them to even plug it into the computer. I have asked for a call from the Service Manager so we will see what happens next. I already told the sales person that I will not be getting a car from them today, I first have to figure out who will service the 1 I have. More
