Robert was my Representative this time because my normal person was out (Anthony), Robert did good was pleasant and very knowledgeable, i had to have my brake pads replaced with resurfacing my rotators as w person was out (Anthony), Robert did good was pleasant and very knowledgeable, i had to have my brake pads replaced with resurfacing my rotators as well as an oil change . I can always rely on service agent, Jerry Garcia, to provide me with great customer service. On a recent visit I brought in the car to get an oil change. At that time, Jerry informed me of additional maintenance that was due on the car, and he also took the time to find applicable discounts to help defray the costs. I’ve had nothing but an excellent customer experience at the Ontario BMW Service department. More
