I’ve lease my car in Los angeles, and after 3 years I went to Ontario to purchase this lease car on Nov 20. After 1.5 months pass, I still haven’t received registration sticker so I contact dealer(Leo went to Ontario to purchase this lease car on Nov 20. After 1.5 months pass, I still haven’t received registration sticker so I contact dealer(Leo Zhang) after I’ve got rejected to get registration card at the DMV- DMV told me they can’t give any info because the car isn’t under “my name”. Dealer told me to wait 1 more week. I’ve waited 2 weeks. No one called me for 2 weeks, so I contact dealer again and he told me that they lost title so can’t do anyting until receive copy of registration from business office. He told me he will send me a copy in 1 day. Again, I haven’t receive any e-mail for 3 days so I contact my dealer again. He told me to wait until next week for copy of registration. More than 2 months passed, I am nervous every day if police pull me over for passed year’s registration sticker. I feel so bad because I went to Mercedes Benz dealer shop yesterday to purchase another leasing car, they gave me all the file including registration card and gifts when I leave the office. More

Paul in sales and Matt in Finance provided excellent customer service. Paul was helpful, I showed up the first time after closing. Due to my own personal obligation, it took several days for me to compl customer service. Paul was helpful, I showed up the first time after closing. The one thing I have always dreaded about the car-buying experience is pushy sales people, it makes me uncomfortable but Paul was not pushy at all. More
