Very poor customer response after delivering a new vehicle and failing to address required repairs. After about 45 days after taking delivery of new BMW it developed electrical problems. They refused to repair vehicle claiming that it was not their fault. They told us that their warranty does not cover this repair. Under the Implied warranty of California law, the consumer relies on purchasing a sound and functional vehicle. It is the responsibility of Dealership to assure that the vehicle is in sound operational condition. They are not concerned, they are only concerned of selling you the vehicle and then you're on your own. I caution buyers to aware of their service repair polices. they are completely unresponsive and rude. More

My mom was getting her X4 serviced one day and we decided to just take a look at the used car lot for fun, i had no intentions of buying a car but I fell in love with a 2023 white X2. Pedro was welcoming in to just take a look at the used car lot for fun, i had no intentions of buying a car but I fell in love with a 2023 white X2. Pedro was welcoming in greeting us in the lot and offered a test drive in the car. After the test drive I knew that I was interested in the possibility of making it mine. I told Pedro that i would sit on it and come back the next day with my dad so that he could have a look at it too. The next day i went back and seeing the car again solidified that I could see myself in it. Pedro went above and beyond in making sure that I had a good experience with him and was able to answer all the questions I had. He even had the car washed for me when I came back the next day to make it look its best ! Like i said, I wasn’t in the market for a new car as my previous vehicle was still in great condition…. But after the test drive i wanted to run the numbers to see if they’d work for me, it took a little bit of conversation and negotiation but we were able to make a deal ! He made sure that the process was as smooth as possible without the major headache. The best part is that after everything was signed and i was ready to drive off the lot, Pedro was able to put a bow on the car for me to take a picture with it ! He also sat in the car with me to setup my Apple car play and connect my phone and the BMW app to the car. I also wanted to thank Byron for being able to help work on a deal for the X2 and getting me a good trade in offer for my previous vehicle. I am a very happy BMW owner and i wanted to write this review becuase my very first car was a 2006 white 325i so with this X2 it feels like im back home ( i had a different make of car that i traded in) and it is very sedimental to me to be a BMW owner again. THANK YOU SO MUCH Pedro ! You were great and I would recommend him if you decide to come on into BMW of Ontario ! More
