Terrible Experience Terrible experience!! First I would like to thank my sales person Brad Waller. He did a great job staying available and on top of the sale, he really Terrible experience!! First I would like to thank my sales person Brad Waller. He did a great job staying available and on top of the sale, he really showed he wanted to earn my business. Unfortunately I had to deal with manager Dan Letourneau. He was everything you can think of when you hear used car sales manager. He said whatever he thought you wanted to hear. Changed prices whenever it suited him and couldn’t hold to any of his words. I’ve been in professional sales for over 10 yrs and I’ve never met a company that had a manager that wouldn’t call back his customers or potential buyers when he said he would. Save yourself tons of time and stress; go to Reeves in Tampa way better staff! I purchased the same exact car with less miles and 12% less $$ then what this overpriced dealership wanted and the other dealership would actually call me back. I rarely leave reviews; due to the unprofessional behavior from Dan Letourneau I felt a review was needed. I hope this helps others looking for an honest review. More
